Overall Personality
Victoire won't hesitate to admit that she can come across as a bit vain. Her appearance is impeccable almost every day, she pays special attention to her hair, make-up, clothing and/or robes. But don't let that fool you, underneath all of that, there's a rather intelligent young lady. While she's not the smartest girl you'll meet, she's got a good handle on magic, particularly charms and Defence Against Dark Arts. Learning straight-up facts doesn't suit her well, she's more of a "learn by practical application" type of person. While this has led up to a few mistakes of her own (cosmetics charms gone wrong, anyone?) in the long run, it helps out.
She's a patient person, she has to be in order to be a teacher. But you get on the wrong side of that Weasley/Delacour temper and she'll be off on you like a shot. When she gets mad, she throws tantrums, much like her younger cousin, Rose. There are moments in which she's gone off the handle about trivial things, but this generally only happens when her sister and brother are poking at her.
She's not the book-learning sort. She'd rather be out exploring and learning things than just sitting and reading them. Because of this, she's had a hidden desire to travel the world. It hurt when Teddy left her, because she wanted to travel with him. It was because of this that her terrible fear of commitment stemmed. She's afraid that Teddy's going to back out on her again, perhaps because he's afraid of committing to her, or because he believes that she thinks he's safe.
She only makes her decisions after careful contemplation, minus when she's falling in love. She was quite the catch in school before she realized her true feelings for Teddy. She had all the guys wrapped around her finger with a smile and a wink. She likes people to think she's a bit naive to the ways of guys, when she really isn't. In her heart, she's longing for the fairytale ending, children and all.
If you need a secret kept, Victoire is the one to go to. She's a locked vault. No secrets are getting in or out. That's why Teddy doesn't know that she's found the engagement ring. She's loyal and trustworthy, and a great friend, even though she can be a bit spiteful and mean at times.

history shapes our future.
Place of Residence: Shell Cottage
Birthplace:St. Mungos Obvious
Father's Name:Bill Weasley
Mother's Name: Fleur (Delacour) Weasley
Siblings: Dominique(sister), Louis (Brother)
History: Victoire was born to Bill and Fleur Weasley. She was the first child, the oldest, and she always held that special place in her parents heart. She is four years older than her younger sister, Dominique, and six years older than her brother, Louis. She was always pretty close with her rather large family. And though she was older, therefore had more responsibility than her siblings, she didn't mind. She always proved herself.
She started at Hogwarts, tossed in with some of her family, and plenty of friends from the wizarding world. With the last name Weasley, it didn't take her much to make friends, but there was no one she was overly close with. The girl was flighty, and for a while, rather shallow. In the beginning, she hadn't been close with Teddy. He was a year older, and he had "cooties." And for a while, she regarded him as family.
As she got a little bit older, her friends began to tease her about her relationship with Teddy. They were getting closer as friends, but still, Victoire had no romantic interest in him. The older she got, the more attraction she had to boys. She was friendly with a lot of guys, spending what time she wasn't spending with family hanging out and going on dates with many guys from Hogwarts. She was avoiding her actual feelings. She didn't want Teddy to know that she liked him in that way. She was afraid that he only thought of her as a friend, or even worse, as a little sister.
It was when Teddy started pulling romantic gestures to her out of his hat that she realized he felt the same. But she wasn't sure what to do about the whole situation. Her mother could be rather scary, and was overly protective of her daughter. But Teddy was like family so she assumed that counted for something. But when the pair finally got together, they snuck around, stealing kisses and spending time together, Victoire trying to wrap him around her finger like the rest of the guys. Showing off when they spent time on the beach and just being flirtatious and forward. Her sister and her cousins noticed, but if they chose to mention it, it was when they were hanging out together.
They finally got caught at the train station, snogging, and one of the younger ones had busted them. They knew what was going on. Victoire was mostly afraid about her mother finding out. She was positive that Fleur would pull Teddy aside and give him a lecture to scare him out of dating her. Not only Fleur threatened him, but her sisters, uncles and siblings as well. But Victoire was happy when they found out, no more sneaking around was necessary.
Teddy graduated a year earlier than her, and broke the whole thing off. Victoire was crushed, but she held herself together behind a mask of well applied foundation and a fake smile. She didn't care that she would only see him on the holidays. She was so in love with him, and he treated her like a child when he left.
He came back after she had started teaching the Charms class at Hogwarts. While he had been gone, she had tried a few other relationships, but had shied away as soon as they had gotten too serious. What had happened with Teddy had made her so afraid to commit.
His return was a shock, and at first she was awkward and nervous around him. She agreed hesitantly to get involved with him again, in a rather volatile, on-and-off-again relationship. He took a step back, letting her call the shots in a situation that she's not even sure about. All she knows is that she loves him wholly and completely, but she's worried that he doesn't feel the same, that he doesn't love her. She's let that fear guide her into stupid, split-second decisions regarding their relationship.
