Overall Personality
Rose Weasley certainly inherited her mother's stubbornness. The girl is often convinced she's right, even if there's a fifty-fifty chance that she's completely off-base. She will defend what she believes in until the end. She both argues and talks a lot, which leads to some people getting rather easily irritated with her. She has the temper typically boasted of redheads. It's easy to get her mad, and when she is, not only does she yell, but she's been known to throw things too. You don't want to get on her bad side, because she still knows a particularly good bat bogey curse that her mother taught her.
While wildly stubborn, temperamental, and talkative, she's one of the most loyal friends you'll find. She won't be the one bailing you out of trouble, she'll be the one in trouble with you. While it can be easy to make her mad (all it takes is a little teasing about her hair), she is also fairly quick to forgive. Though it takes a bit more to get her to actually apologize when she's in the wrong.
While she tends to talk tough, Rose is afraid of failure. She's afraid of disappointing her mom, and more importantly, her dad. Because she's the daughter of two members of the Golden Trio, she believes that she has something more to prove than everyone else, and she's worried that if she doesn't prove that, she will be letting down her family. She is also concerned that because she is the daughter of Ron and Hermione, expectations have been set highly for her, and that she will fail to fulfill them and let her friends and those around her down.
Rose can also be a bit bookish. When she's not talking, or doing something that she's not supposed to be doing, she can usually be found in the library with her nose buried in a book, muggle or wizarding related. When she acts like she knows better than you, there's a large chance she does.
She's known for her sarcasm as well. Her sharp tongue has certainly got her into trouble more than once. She's got a streak of rebellion that her parents don't know how she got. She's willing to try almost anything, from riding a motorcycle to skydiving. Her sense of adventure is broad, and she can't wait to see the world. She's kept her fair share of secrets from her family, such as the tattoos that they don't know she has, or the fact that she's ridden a motorcycle. She knows they wouldn't approve of either.
She has a variety of nervous tics, ranging from pulling on her hair when frustrated, to chewing on her lip when she's trying to concentrate. She also tends to tap her fingers when she's annoyed. She's not the best at balancing, and she often falls up and down stairs.

Place of Residence: Ottery St. Catchpole
Birthplace: St. Mungos
Father's Name: Ron Weasley
Mother's Name: Hermione Granger-Weasley
Siblings: Hugo Weasley, Brother
History:
Rose Weasley is the first and only daughter of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger-Weasley, two of the members of the Golden Trio. She was born in St. Mungos, and from the instant she was born, it was obvious that she was going to have her father's unfortunate red hair, combined with her mothers untameable curls, and a heavy dusting of freckles. She was an adorable child, and Ron and Hermione couldn't help but be excited by the birth. She was their beautiful daughter, their pride and joy. And then two years later came Hugo Weasley. If the Weasley family was big already, it was just going to keep growing. With the endless amounts of cousins, aunts and uncles, and loving grandparents, Hugo and Rose were spoiled, loved, and nurtured.
From the moment her parents had told her about Hogwarts, she couldn't wait for her acceptance letter. And when it finally came, she jumped around excitedly. Ron and Hermione couldn't help but laugh at her. Only the daughter of Hermione Granger would be so excited about school. And there wasn't any shortage of family to look after the adorable, clumsy girl. Much to the shock of her family, she was sorted into Slytherin. Ron had assumed she'd be sorted in to Gryffindor, and Hermione had assumed the girl would be sorted into Ravenclaw. This was when her fear of disappointing her parents came into play. The girl worried that they would disapprove of the fact that she was a Slytherin. But she fit in well, regardless of her nervousness.
It only took a few years before people realized why she was a Slytherin. She demonstrated an ability to talk people into circles, therefore affirming that she was right, and they were indeed wrong. She could talk her way out of trouble in most situations, and managed to get her friends out of detention more often than not. She was a sly girl. Slippery, and acted in a way that sometimes made it hard for people to believe she was a Weasley. Until she actually hit the books.
Over the summers she wasn't at Hogwarts, Rose would make friends with a group of muggles. As she got older, they became closer, and they became a bit of a bad influence. Combined with the Slytherins she hung out with, she became a bit of a legend. Not only had she learned to ride a motorcycle, she'd sung for one of her friends in a muggle band, things that her parents and her friends don't really know about. A few of her cousins know that she knows how to ride a motorcycle, and haven't done much to discourage her. Along with this fondness for muggle music and motorcycles, Rose has gotten a few tattoos. These were harder to hide from her parents, and eventually they found out. They were mad.
Though Rose has never gotten on a broom, she demonstrated a strong proficiency for transfiguration and did well in school. Transfiguration was one of the talents she inherited from her mother. To this day, even though she is an animagus, she doesn't really enjoy transfiguration. She hadn't really thought about becoming an animagus until a friend had it to her. The more she thought on it, the more she realized that it would be a helpful talent to obtain. She already had the skill, it was just a matter of applying it properly. At first, Hermione was completely against the idea. Learning the correct transfiguration to become an Animagus was dangerous, and it could go wrong. But she begrudgingly agreed, as long as Rose kept her posted on how things were going. It was difficult for Rose to master the art because she was only allowed to practise it at Hogwarts. But with a bit of extra tutoring, she finally was able to transfigure herself into a beautiful red fox. She's a bit overconfident about her abilities, because her mother worries enough for the both of them.
When her cousins and friend approached her about the Order of the Dragon, she was a bit leery. While she was talented, and she knew that it could be beneficial, she was worried that they wouldn't be able to recruit enough people, and keep them agreeing at at peace with each other. But they finally convinced her, and since then, she's become an enthusiastic and dedicated member. It was then that she revealed the fact that she was an animagus to more than just a few close friends. Hermione and Ron are proud of their daughter and the things she's done, though she is still worried about their approval.

Roleplay Sample:
People needed socialization. This was the conclusion Jayme had finally come to. The girl had spent so much time jumping from school work, to the gym to home with her fathers hurtful words and actions that she had forgotten what it was like to actually talk with someone. To actually hold a decent, fun conversation, full of genuine laughs and smiles. Good company could be hard to come by. Especially when she had been in a school full of people who had just wanted to know all the gory details. Like "Oh, why'd you try to kill yourself, Jayme." She'd never fit in with that crowd. And after her little incident, she'd had a problem fitting into any crowd. She'd once been popular, almost the queen bee. And then everything had changed. While she was skyrocketing to high school fame, she found she didn't care about it anymore. Maybe that's why Horizon was easier for her. That and she found it was easy to talk with Christian. He wasn't sleazy. No, instead he was quiet, funny, and in general, a calming presence. "It has been agreed. Straightjackets are terrible. No mental asylums," She smiled, nodded again.
"I'm probably not doing a good job at killing your curiosity, am I?" she said, shaking her head and staring down at the table. "If you must know, the technicalities stem from the fact that my father tried to kill me," the words were stated rather flatly, and she did everything but look back at Christian. It was the first time she had really actually said it out loud. Those words had a tendency to make everything uttered after them fall a little flat. "I mean, I know it's not the end of the world. People are stupid, shit happens….the usual. People have problems" her string of rambling was countered with a few frustrated, rather vague hand gestures, before she latched on to their talk of working out again. "Well. It's not the funnest thing in the world. But…it helps me just..compartmentalize the things. Prepare me for the next onslaught of insanity against the other students at my school," she said with a shrug, pretending she hadn't uttered the earlier words, though she could still feel them weighing heavily in her mind. "Well then I'll try not to fall out the side of the mountain. You're one of few people I've been able to talk with. and probably the most enjoyable conversationalist too."
