Overall Personality
Teddy is a laid back kind of guy. He is not nearly as strict as most of the other Professors at Hogwarts, but he makes sure all og his students are passing his class, and are turning in the homework he assignes. He is not super strict but not a pushover either. He kind of goes with the flow, and lets life unfold, without too much worry about the future, unless it has to do with Victoire.
He is a hopeless romantic. He tends to go out of his way to woo the girls he has dated. He is[was] also a bit of a ladies man. He had plenty of dates before he thought of Victoire in that way.
He has a bit of temper. It takes a lot to push him but when he gets angry enough he snaps. This happens most often when people are making fun on his "family" or his deceased parents, or his grandmother.
He worries a lot about what's going to happen when there is another battle like the Battle of Hogwarts. He knows that was supposed to be the end of the war, but the entire Wizarding world knows it wasn't. He knows he will be standing to fight next to his family and godfather, he just hopes all the people he cared about will stay alive.

Place of Residence:Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the school year. He goes back and he mostly lives with his Grandmother over the summer to take care of her.

Siblings: None, but he has lots and lots of people he considers family.
History: When his Parents died, he was not even a year old and his god-father was just barely seventeen with no spouse or job. He went to Andromeda, his grandmother. He loved his grandmother. She was a strict, but kind and warm woman. Despite her being disowned from the Blacks, and he being a half-blood, he was taught proper etiquette. What fork to use and things of that nature. He tends not to follow those things when with the Weasleys, because it would look strange and he did not want to come off as stuck up or something, but he knew enough manners that he could use them when he needed them. He also knew enough of pureblood ettiquette to prevent him from making more enemies than he needed, despite not being a pure blood himself.
As he got older, and so did his grandmother, he went back and fourth between her home and his godfather's. He came over for meals and slept over often. He considered himself very close to his God-father and Ginny. He felt he was closest with James out of the Potter family.
In school, at the beginning, he was never very close to Victoire. They grew up together, but they were still a year apart. When you are eleven that's like a decade. They eventually got closer. For the longest time, however, he saw her as merely a friend, but he oftend got teased by the other boys for liking her. He got through school with top marks, because he was bloody scared of Ginny and Grandma 'dromeda if he didn't.
He often got tutored by "aunt" hermione over the summers when he knew he needed it. He made up a lot of excused to be around the Weasley/Potter clan as much as possible. He loved his grandmother but he also loved being around the insanity that was their family.
Then he was a sixth year and he was smacked in the face basically by how much he was in love with Victoire. Harry had always told the stories about how it had happened to him that way as well with Ginny, but he always though he was being overly romantic to make the red-head pleased. The first time he went to talk about it with him, his hands were shoved in his pockets as he told the story about "his friend of a friend who liked this girl he knew" Of course, Harry and Ginny saw past it right away.
Throughout the year he did as many dorkily romantic things as he could think of. Both muggle and wizard traditions. He gave her gifts and chocolate and flowers, and flirted a lot but he didn't think she saw him in that way.
They officially got together at the end of that year, and spent the summer sneaking around and stealing kisses. He had thought they were being pretty sneaky about it, until they got caught at the train station the following september snogging. Not one of his smarter moments.
He not only got threatened by her father, but her mother. Fleur was a scary, scary woman when she wanted to be. Her sisters, and pretty much all of her uncles and siblings, even some of the cousins that were old enough to know about that kind of thing.
And then he graduated, without Victoire. He broke it off with her that year, because he didn't want her to feel tied down to a boy who wasn't even going to see her but for on the holidays.
Since then, their relationship has been strained. It was awkward in a very on-again-off-again sort of way. He lets her call the shots, but he never really knows where he stands with her. One second he thinks they are back together but then he isn't sure. He knows he loved her with evry inch of his being but is not sure if she feels the same. He is terrified to pop the question because he doesn't want to look like an idiot because he never knows where they stand.
He travelled a little, during the year when he first got out of school. Then, he applied for the open Defense Against the Dark Arts position. He eventually got it. It was strange for him, to be teaching the kids he gre up with, some of his closest friends. Some of his students he wasn't even two years older than. He eventually got used to it, and despite being very young he was very competant on the subject.
